“Remember that dust you are and to dust you shall return.” This is the theme of Ash Wednesday, when we recognize that our sinful nature and our actual sins are slowly killing us. But we also celebrate the good news that God does not leave us to die without hope, but sent Jesus Christ to die for us and restore us to life in Him.
